Every week Hamptons Wines & Liquors features a special bottle of wine or liquor so that you can try something new. This week we are tasting two ports from Sandeman and Jacob Creek's Chardonnay.

Sandeman Ruby Port has clean aromas of red fruits, plums and strawberries. It's perfect with full flavored and creamy cheese, chocolate desserts and fruit pies. It is served slightly chilled, over ice, or with a splash of soda.

Sandeman Tawny Porto has the fruit and style of great Porto, but with an added finesse. Pale in color and light in body this Porto is superb as a chilled aperitif, or accompanying an appetizer, yet satisfying when served at the end of a meal.

Jacob's Creek Chardonnay has a bouquet of stone fruits, honeydew melon and citrus combine with a light toasty, spicy background. There is a buttery spicy complexity that compliments the fruit flavors creating a balanced wine with a soft creamy texture.
